Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers course fees paid to Redemy - RedR India through this platform.

2. Self-paced online courses

You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have completed no more than 10% of the course and have not downloaded a certificate. After that, the fee is non-refundable.

3. Scheduled and instructor-led training

• Cancelled more than 7 days before the start date — full refund, less 20% administration charge.
• Cancelled between 7 and 3 days before — 40% refund, or a free transfer to the next batch.
• Cancelled within 2 days, or non-attendance — no refund.

4. If we cancel

If we cancel or reschedule a course, you may transfer to another date or take a full refund, at your choice. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs booked around a course date.

5. Duplicate and failed payments

A duplicate charge, or a payment debited without enrolment being created, is refunded in full. Write to [email protected] with the payment reference.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, quoting the course name and invoice number. We acknowledge within 2 working days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment gateway, normally within 7 working days of approval. Bank processing times are outside our control. Any GST charged is refunded in the same proportion, and a credit note is issued.
