1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Redemy - RedR India. By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal: do not share your login, and do not let anyone else take a course in your name.
3. Enrolment and access
Enrolling in a paid course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course's material for 2 Year from the date of enrolment. Free courses are offered on the same terms, without payment.
4. Fees, taxes and invoices
Course fees are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued to the billing details you give at checkout, so please enter them correctly — an invoice cannot be reissued to a different party after the fact.
5. Course content
All course material — video, text, slides, assessments and certificates — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own learning. You may not download, record, redistribute, resell or publicly show it, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.
6. Certification
A certificate is issued when you meet the completion and assessment requirements stated on the course page. A certificate records that you completed the training; it is not a professional licence or accreditation unless the course page says so explicitly.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach the platform's security, scrape or bulk-download content, upload malicious code, or harass other learners or instructors. We may suspend or close an account that does, without refund.
8. Changes to courses
We may update course material to keep it accurate. If we withdraw a course you have paid for and you have not completed it, we will offer a comparable course or a pro-rata refund.
9. Liability
Our training is educational. It does not replace professional judgement, site-specific risk assessment, or a qualified adviser. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
